Accessibility

Information page

Government websites must be easy to access for everyone. If you do end up having difficulty with a page, please let us know.

What is an accessible website?

You must be able to easily find, use and view government websites. To ensure this is the case, the central government applies the international standard for digital accessibility.

The Digital Government Act stipulates that all government websites (and apps) must comply with the accessibility requirements. This concerns the level-A and AA success criteria from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

Accessibility statement

Independent experts have examined whether this website can easily be used by anyone. You can find the results of this examination in the register of accessibility statements. The statement explains what already works well on the website and what still needs to be improved.

The accessibility label on this page displays the current accessibility status.

Drupal

This website is part of Drupal and complies with the main technical requirements. If a deviation is nevertheless detected, the creators of Drupal will structurally solve this for all websites.

Additionally, the content of the website must comply with multiple editorial accessibility requirements. The website’s own editorial team is responsible for this.
